If you are tossing and turning at night, or if you are constantly waking up, then you need to access your situation. Believe it or not, your bedroom could be causing you to lose sleep at night. Let us explain.
If your room has too much natural lighting (from the moon, or lightning from just outside your door), then that could be a reason why you have trouble in the sleep department.
Likewise, you could be struggling with sleep if your room is too hot at night. If that is the case, then you should seriously consider sleeping with a fan on, the A/C on or the window open. If it gets too cold, then, well, that's what blankets are for (you could always turn the fan and/or A/C off, or close the window, or sleep with gloves and/or socks on).
It should go without saying, but here it goes anyway: If your actual bed, pillows or blankets aren't comfortable, then that could be another big issue. After all, it's tough to get to sleep at night when you aren't actually comfortable as a result of worn out blankets/pillows and an uncomfortable mattress.
You also shouldn't have the TV on while you are trying to sleep for obvious reasons.
There could, of course, be other reasons why you aren't getting to sleep at night, such as caffeine consumption, constant stress and distractions, but sometimes your sleep problems can be solved by simply making your bedroom environment better.
Your bedroom could be causing you to lose sleep at night, and sometimes the solution is as simple as turning down the temperature.
If you are having trouble sleeping, then Sleepsana could be the answer.
